I really didn't know the genesis of the name 'Big Show', still don't. But after being of one the few invited for five nights of what most might call 'excess', at his Florida home near the St. Johns River in Florida, the feasts of drink, beef, and seafood, from his grill convinced me he more than earned the title. The Scroggins lifestyle, his cooking, his approach to tournament fishing and the tireless pace of his life... is indeed a 'Big Show'.
The Grill

Terry Scroggins has no formal training as a chef. Heck, the guy used to work as a tow truck driver and auto body man before he became one of the world’s best pro bass anglers.
But food from a grill shared among friends has always been the common thread to relaxation in Terry’s life.
When he’s not on the road fishing, he’s grillin’ on the backporch with his Florida buddies. And along the Bassmater Elite Series tour, Scroggins is often feeding his fellow bass pros.
Over the years he’s invented a number of original recipes to make everything from meat to mushrooms taste better than any way you’ve ever eaten them.
