Big Show Ribs

Before I put BBQ sauce on my ribs as they grill, I first add green pepper jelly. As it heats up, it oozes over the entire rack of ribs. It makes your ribs look rich, and the pepper jelly sweetens up your BBQ sauce.

Indgredients: 
1 slab of Pork Ribs Meat Tenderizer Black Pepper Adobo All Purpose Seasoning Montreal Steak Seasoning Green Pepper Jelly Sweet Baby Rays Barbecue Sauce
Directions: 
Preheat oven at 225 Place ribs on baking sheet, put meat tenderizer on first, followed by the other seasonings evenly on both sides. Put ribs in the oven for 3 hours. Preheat grill Take ribs out of oven and spread the green pepper jelly over them. Place on grill. Once the jelly has melted onto the ribs top with barbecue sauce and grill for 30 more minutes.
